It is hard to believe another year is starting already. The one thing it does is makes me look back at how long I have been blogging and how much fun it is to share things with all of you.
One thing that is key to blogging and often gets overlooked is where you host your sites. Basically it is where you park all of your stuff on the Internet, where people can access it.
Seems silly to have this awesome blog and then have a really poor host that does not meet all of your needs.
To help you decide what web hosting service you need or want there are many helpful sites out there.
One in particular is the web hosting bluebook. This handy site gives you everything you need to know so you can make the best choice for yourself and your blog.
The Web Hosting Bluebook is an online guide to popular Web Hosts that have earned the right to be featuerd and broken down. Right on the main page you will find a list of the 10 Best Hosts as reviewed by consumers and experienced webmasters.
The web hosts are ranked by price, reliability, popularity, features, control panel, overall ease of use and support. Everything is there right out in the open and because it is by people who actually use the services, there is no bias.
I have had many hosting plans over the years and I wish I had this page handy when I was looking around. I am very pleased at where I am now but I could of had an easier path if I had used a reference like this.
Bosco and the Chocolate Dog Blog are in good hands right now but if I ever decide to change hosts, I will certainly check out this site.
