This is why you don’t dress up your dogs

    By cuzzy | September 7, 2008

Before I get a backlash on this one, I know that certain dogs have to wear clothes when it is cold out. But in general I hate seeing dogs wearing hats, shirts and boots. I think they hate it and they never look like they are enjoying it.

Check out this list that proves the point.

It is called 26 reasons why dogs bite people. Enjoy.

Hey. I agree. I think the dogs don’t like it. My dog wears a vest in the winter only when it’s especially cold. Otherwise, no clothes for him. I even see people dressing their dogs up in the summer. I always think the dogs look so hot in their dumb outfits.

Then again, I can see why someone would dress their dog up just for something special, like Halloween.

I tried to get our Jack Russell to wear a sweater once during the winter time… Let me tell you he wasn’t having it.

Dressing up the Dawg for Halloween is cruel and beneath their dignity (such as it is). Just say no!
