Bosco is going to book club
By cuzzy | April 11, 2008

Next weekend Katie and I are going on a weekend trip to Toronto to visit a bunch of people and to celebrate her birthday. That means Bosco will be staying here and having a fun weekend of his own.
My friend Sara is going to take him and I know they will have a blast. Bosco stayed with Sara at Christmas two years ago.
The one thing Bosco has to prepare for is a Friday night Book Club that Sara is hosting with her friends.
Bosco has a week to read the book of choice, which is Hey Nostradamus by Douglas Coupland.
I don’t think Bosco will get anywhere near the end of the book so I will post this little blurb about it just in case he looks at his own blog.
Hey Nostradamus! is a novel by Douglas Coupland, about a fictional 1988 school shooting in suburban Vancouver, British Columbia and its aftermath. Of all the novels by Coupland, this was the most critically acclaimed. It was first published by Random House of Canada in 2003.The novel comprises four first-person narratives, each from the perspective of a character directly or indirectly impacted by the shooting. The novel touches on many issues, including adolescent love, sex, religion, prayer and grief.
What is your dog reading these days?
