What is new with the Boss

Hi everyone, hope you are all ready to turn those clocks ahead this weekend. I have not told Bosco yet but he will look at it in one of two ways.

He will either hate losing the hour of sleep or he will be happy that breakfast will come a lot faster. I am sure he will adjust either way.

I have not updated you on the chocolate dude in awhile so I thought what better day than today.

Bosco’s postcard came in the mail from the vet for his annual tuneup. I tend to think of this just like the car. I hate taking the car in because i know they always find something that will cost more money. I have been very lucky with Bosco because he is always in perfect health. I still hate going in because you never know what they will find. I guess I better book that appointment soon.
He has been a lot more mellow in the morning lately. Usually he is hyper and wants me to get up. The last few days I have woken up and he is fast asleep next to me. It is a pretty funny routine because he stays in his bed when Katie gets up to get ready for work. He knows she is not feeding him so he does not move. As soon as she leaves though he comes into the bedroom and says hi to me.
It is a great day in Halifax today. Sunny, mild and almost spring like. Maybe a car trip to somewhere fun for a walk is in order?
It took him all winter but Bosco has finally found the benefits of a fire. He now sleeps in front of it, turning every so often to get warm all over. Pretty funny to see.
His toy octopus is officially dead. The stuffing is all over the house and I think it is time to retire that guy.
