Bosco goes to the carnival

I can’t believe it has taken me three days to share this fun story with you. On Sunday I took Bosco to the annual Dog Expo and Carnival at the Halifax Forum.
It was a very exciting trip for Bosco as he was in a giant building full of other dogs large and small. There were many booths of all the local dog and pet stores and agencies. It was quite the setup and I am very happy I took Bosco to check it out.
The weather was ideal outside so that made for a large crowd. It was one of those days that inspired you to get out and do something and based on the amount of people at the Expo they all grabbed a dog and headed to the Forum.
I was there right at the beginning and it was packed. Free treats when you enter the door and rows and rows of food, toys and other dog stuff.
I was surprised at how many large dogs were there. I was not the only one dragging around a giant guy who had a nose for all the treats.
Bosco was well behaved considering the overdose on stuff and smells.
We got some free magazines and treats as we wandered around but nothing amazing.
They also had an obstacle course set up for dogs to show their stuff. I did not let Bosco try it out because I think if he got off leash he may of stayed there all day.
I hope if you live around here you got to check it out. I will have to keep an eye out for it next year. I know Bosco will have it marked on his calendar.
