What to do with the doggy doo?
Major grocery stores in Nova Scotia are making plans to ban plastic bags entirely. That could leave dog owners holding the bag when it comes to cleaning up after their pooches.
“That certainly is a thing that would cramp his style a little bit — and mine — while walking the dog,” Richard Wilcox of Halifax said Wednesday as he took Palo for a stroll in Point Pleasant Park.
With a telltale plastic bag sticking out of his pocket, Mr. Wilcox paused a moment before announcing his plans for a time when stores no longer hand out the bags.
