Blame it on the rain

Rain, rain go away, come back another day. Bosco wants to go and play.
On Thursday it was monsoon like in Halifax and it made for a long day for Bosco. He was getting on my nerves to go for a walk and I kept showing him it was pouring. Bosco does not like the rain even though he loves the water. It is a mystery to me but whatever, you like what you like.
I let him sit on the front porch and he still decided to turn and come back in. So what to do with a dog full of beans and stuck in the house.
Well I went to plan B and played with him inside. It seemed to do the trick until the weather cleared later in the day. Thank god we have the space inside for him to rumble up and down stairs and work off some of his lab energy.
What do you do with your dog when it is a rain day at your house? I would love to hear some stories and ideas.

Hiya Bosco. I get a lot of indoor workouts too. Here, it’s either raining or it’s too hot outside. Unlike you though, I’m not too fond of the stairs. I’ve been up and down the stairs a lot of times already but could never get used to it.

I hate it when we have to be inside, especially when it’s hot. So this is what we do on hot and winter days….
